Brandon Homes is a legacy home builder in Middletown, OH, with over 30 years of experience creating high-quality custom homes and delivering an extraordinary home building experience. As one of the fastest-growing homebuilders in the Tri-County area, we’re committed to setting the standard for construction quality and operational excellence.

Overview

Role Overview

This role is a unique opportunity to not only help deliver the critical day-to-day activities that support our pre-construction process—but also to refine and improve the process itself as we scale.

You’ll work closely with our Operations and Construction Delivery teams to ensure each new home is properly scoped, permitted, scheduled, and ready for a seamless build. You\'ll also be empowered to identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and help us implement systems that enhance speed, quality, and accountability across our operations.

We’re looking for someone who is both detail-driven and systems-minded—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to help shape how a best-in-class homebuilder operates behind the scenes.

Responsibilities
Process Execution
  • Coordinate permitting activities for each new client project
  • Lead due diligence tasks such as utility verification and zoning reviews
  • Prepare comprehensive “Build Packages” for the field team to ensure readiness

  • Support dig schedule management, ensuring activities align with timelines
  • Prepare and submit required permitting documentation
  • Coordinate material drops and deliveries with the field team
  • Manage vendor/subcontractor paperwork (e.g., insurance, W9s, agreements)
  • Track and enter vendor POs and invoices into the system for accurate billing
  • Conduct weekly operations syncs to ensure alignment across schedules and priorities
Process Improvement
  • Continuously evaluate internal processes to identify bottlenecks or delays
  • Propose and help implement system improvements to streamline pre-construction flow
  • Assist in developing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and checklists
  • Leverage software and tools to enhance communication, scheduling, and data tracking
  • Partner with leadership to ensure compliance, consistency, and quality across all projects
Qualifications
