• 5–10+ years of GC/pre-construction experience.
• Ability to talk design with an architect and money with a client.
• Design-build experience is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of multiple pre-construction projects across New Jersey and Tri-State.
• Guide decisions around scope, budget, schedule, constructability, and procurement with clients.
• Drive progressive estimates and budgets as designs develop.
• Identify scope gaps and constructability issues before they hit the field.
• Lead subcontractor procurement, RFPs, bid leveling, and scope reviews.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers from design through delivery.
• Transition projects to delivery teams while protecting commercial objectives.
