Ideal candidates have 2+ years in related fields, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam. A Construction Management or related degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, project management, or commercial construction.
• Experience with budgeting, estimating, bid management, and subcontractor coordination.
• Ability to review plans, specifications, and construction documents.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam or similar plan review software.
• Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree preferred.
