Job summary

Qualifications

Associate Degree in a technical field such as Design.
5+ years of Fire Protection Design experience.
Experience estimating in a construction environment.
Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Review bid requests and gather drawings/specs for take-offs.
Build estimates and prepare preconstruction designs for take-offs and electrical pricing requests.
Provide timely, accurate estimates within project specifications and client requirements.
Support bid/no-bid decisions in partnership with sales and management.
