• Document estimates clearly and accurately.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and engineering teams.
• Help select contractors for projects.
• Participate in monthly project review meetings.

Responsibilities

• Review specification and drawings
• Solicit pricing from subcontractors and equipment suppliers and follow up to obtain written quotes
• Attend pre‑construction site visits (when applicable)
• Assist with detailed estimates and proposals
• Provide clear documentation on estimates and proposals
• Provide accurate estimates and proposals
• Partner closely with our sales, operations and engineering teams to assist with the best solutions and pricing
• Assist with the selection of contractors
• Participate in monthly project review meetings

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of sales and/or HVAC experience
• Strong skills in written and oral communication, organization, and time management

Physical Demands

• This involves frequent sitting and computer use
• Occasional standing, walking, and reaching
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds occasionally
• Specific vision abilities include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
• Must be physically able to climb ladders and stairs and navigate job sites to survey equipment
• Work may require performing duties outdoors in various weather conditions and exposure to dust, dirt, common allergens, or refrigerants
