Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review data and drawings to determine material and labor requirements and prepare itemized cost estimates.
• Evaluate proposals for trades to form bid analysis for subcontractor selection.
• Compute cost factors and prepare estimates for planning, scheduling, bids, change orders, and vendor/subcontractor agreements.
• Conduct studies to develop standard hour and cost data and identify cost reductions.
• Develop and deliver internal and external presentations with customers.
