Responsibilities

• Assist Pre-construction Managers with procurement, data gathering and task setup.
• Participate in preconstruction training, scheduling and performance.
• Develop strategies for new business, marketing and client relationships.
• Maintain and grow client relationships and coordinate bid proposals.
• Coordinate bid proposals, forms and specifications for clients.
• Assist in creating clear scopes of work for subcontractor bids.
• Assist in subcontractor vetting and market canvassing for new projects.
• Contact owners, architects, and engineers to identify leads for new projects.
• Prepare bid packages and ensure all forms are completed and submitted.
