Qualifications

• Assist Pre-construction Managers with information procurement and task completion.
• Support preconstruction training, scheduling and performance.
• Able to develop client relationships and marketing material.

Responsibilities

• Assist Pre-construction Managers with information procurement and task completion.
• Create and assemble bids, proposals and presentations for clients.
• Coordinate bid proposals and forms for each project.
• Analyze potential project risk factors on a case-by-case basis.
• Maintain estimating records and assist handoff to Construction department.
