• Coordinate with Corporate Development, Legal, Privacy, Finance, and Technology Services.
• Develop day-1 security readiness, TSA considerations, and post-close handoff materials.
• Improve diligence playbooks, risk taxonomies, and reporting templates.
• Mentor analysts and cross-functional contributors supporting deals.
