Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Information Security Risk Management (ISRM) Acquisitions & Divestitures to lead cybersecurity due diligence for M&A activities. You will coordinate assessment activities, translate evidence into risk insights, and guide pre-close decisions with legal, privacy, and finance teams.

The role requires deep expertise across security domains, regulatory obligations, and risk-based recommendations, with remote work options considered case-by-case.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead Pre-Close cybersecurity due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and partnerships.
• Evaluate target environments to identify material risks and remediation needs.
• Translate technical findings into business-focused risk narratives and Day 1 priorities.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure risk-informed decisions prior to close.
