Job summary

R+L Carriers is seeking a part-time Pre-Clerk in Sanger, TX to support the service center operations. You will answer calls on a multi-line system, redirect callers, perform data entry, process driver paperwork, and assist dispatchers as needed.

Starting at $17.66 hr, you’ll work Monday through Friday with benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with company matching, paid vacation, and access to employee resorts.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and have a sense of urgency.
• Type 30 WPM with accuracy.
• Dependable and well-organized.
• Must be computer literate.
• Possess strong office, telephone, and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Outlook and other Microsoft products.

R+L Carriers has an immediate opening for a Pre-Clerk to work in our Sanger, TX Service Center.

Responsibilities will include answering calls on a multi-line system, redirecting calls to appropriate contacts, data entry, processing driver paperwork, and assisting dispatchers. Other duties may apply as requested by management.

Pre-Clerk, Starting at $17.66 hr

Part-Time, Monday - Friday

Earn 1 week of vacation after 90 days of employment and enjoy an excellent benefits package that includes our very own employee resorts

Requirements

• Ability to multitask and have a sense of urgency
• Ability to type 30 WPM with accuracy
• Dependable and well-organized
• Must be computer literate
• Possess strong office, telephone, and communication skills
• Basic knowledge or Windows, Outlook and other Microsoft products

Preferred

• 2+ years of experience as a clerk or similar role in a fast pace environment
• Freight logistics experience
