Job summary

Cordant Health Solutions in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a self-motivated Pre-Certifying Lab Technician to join our Lab Operations team. You will load samples, analyze initial LC/MS/MS results, and document data per chain-of-custody rules while maintaining equipment and performing routine maintenance.

The ideal candidate holds a 4-year science degree, has data-entry skills, and can thrive in a high-volume setting with strict quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science field required.
• Experience as a senior lab tech or analysis preferred.
• Knowledge of Agilent LIS software preferred.
• Data entry skills via keyboard required.
• Ability to handle a high-volume environment with quality.

Responsibilities

• Load prepared samples onto confirmation equipment.
• Initial review of LC/MS/MS confirmation data.
• Provide feedback to maintenance on assay integrity.
• Perform startup and daily maintenance of LC/MS/MS.
• Troubleshoot LC/MS/MS equipment as needed.
• Contribute to quality work and turnaround time goals.
• Meet minimum productivity and production schedules.
• Collaborate with teammates to solve process issues.
• Assist with new technology and equipment deployment.
