Job summary

A key factor is staying current with federal, state, and sponsor requirements including Uniform Guidance, FARs and DFARs, and institutional policies.

Qualifications

• Oversee all pre-award activities for the SPARC office.
• Interpret agency/university proposal requirements and regulations.
• Train others on applying pre-award requirements.

Responsibilities

• Liaise among PIs, university units, sponsors on proposal development, review, and pre-award compliance.
• Disseminate information on proposal and award volume and budget development.
• Communicate sponsor requirements and pre-award regulatory information to the research community.
