Pre-Assembly TechShift: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Location: Winston-Salem/Kernersville area Pay: $17.50 per hour

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pre-Assembly Tech to join a manufacturing team in the Winston-Salem/Kernersville area. This role is responsible for assembling products according to work orders, blueprints, and company specifications while maintaining quality, accuracy, and safety standards.

• Perform complex and advanced assembly of products according to established specifications and instructions.
• Read and understand blueprints to pre-assemble products accurately.
• Assemble various types of stators and rotors based on work orders.
• Monitor equipment functions and report any issues or substandard conditions to the line lead or supervisor.
• Use precision measurement equipment to verify accuracy and quality.
• Maintain inventory of parts and tools used during the assembly process.
• Operate a pallet jack as needed.
• Follow all PPE and ESD protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Keep work area clean, safe, and organized according to 6S standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to stand on concrete for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and walk throughout the production floor.
• Ability to pick up and move products weighing 10 lbs. to 40 lbs.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused throughout the shift.
• Flexibility to work overtime as requested.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
