Job summary

Grahamjobs is looking for a Final Assembly Technician on the 1st shift in Winston-Salem, NC. The role involves assembling industrial fan components, reading diagrams, and using hand and torque tools with precise measurement to ensure quality.

You will work with a team to meet production goals, maintain PPE and safety standards, and participate in continuous improvements. Weekly pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1–3 years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
  • Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and diagrams.
  • Experience using hand tools, torque tools, and measurement equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/bending throughout shift.
  • Comfortable in a production environment with PPE and moderate noise.

Responsibilities

Job Duties
