Graham Personnel Services is assisting a client in Winston Salem to fill multiple Assembly Technicians on 3rd shift.

Pay: $17.50/hr

Shift: 3rd Shift

Must be able to train on 1st or 2nd shift.

Job Duties

• Assemble industrial fan components following work instructions and diagrams
• Use hand tools, torque tools, and measuring devices for accurate assembly
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or process concerns
• Maintain a clean and safe work area (6S and safety compliance)
• Work with team members to support production goals and improvements
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You Need

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–3 years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and diagrams
• Experience using hand tools, torque tools, and measurement equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/bending throughout shift
• Comfortable in a production environment with PPE and moderate noise
