Job summary

You will coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, review medications, and ensure safety barriers are met. A Montana RN license and CPR are required, with ACLS/PALS possible within six months.

Qualifications

• Montana RN license or multi-state compact with MT authorization.
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification.
• Strong organization and ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with patients and providers.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and professional demeanor.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and clinical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments using clinical information and individual needs.
• Develop and update care plans during the patient visit.
• Identify safety concerns and prepare patients for procedures.
• Review medication lists and educate patients as directed by physicians.
• Educate patients on what to expect before procedures.
• Coordinate with providers and healthcare team to support continuity of care.
• Administer medications per orders and standards.
• Follow department standards while individualizing care for patients.
• Participate in education and competency validation for staff.
