Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Pre-Analytical Operations Supervisor in Lewisville, TX. This role oversees daily department operations, safety, and process improvements within the Technical Operations group, reporting to management.

The candidate will develop SOPs, ensure QA/QC compliance, and manage scheduling, training, and performance for staff. A strong background in laboratory environments and supervisory skills is required.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in a laboratory.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the department.
• Ensure safety, ergonomics, maintenance, and 5S/Visual Management.
• Develop and implement Standard Work/Operating Procedures for Technical Operations.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State & local licensure requirements where applicable.
• Manage QA/QC documentation and staff competency testing.
• Prepare month-end reports and track attendance.
