Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production environment is preferred.
• Medical background preferred, including medical terminology applicable to a clinical laboratory.

Responsibilities

• Learn job duties and understand Tech Ops and Specimen Processing.
• Identify problems with specimen types, sorting and delivery.
• Understand compliance policies related to test ordering.
• Meet quality and production standards within six months of training.
• Complete required documentation accurately.
• Report to work on time and support department performance.
• Learn additional functions in Tech Ops for career progression.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
