Job summary

Duly Health Lombard is seeking an Experienced PAT RN for a high-volume ambulatory surgery center. This PRN role offers a Monday–Friday 7am–5pm window (flexible) and a salary of $41–$53 per hour based on skill and experience.

You will contact patients to review health history, assess anesthesia risk, arrange pre‑op testing, and conduct pre‑admission assessments. RN license, CPR, BLS, and at least one year in perioperative care are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing and current state RN license.
• CPR and BLS required.
• Minimum one year in pre-operative, intra-operative or post-operative surgical patient care.

JOB TITLE: Pre- Admissions Testing Nurse (Full-Time)

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

Pre-Admission Testing Registered Nurse is responsible for contacting incoming patients to obtain and review health history. Analyze and assess clinical data related to the patient’s anesthesia risk and appropriateness of ASC site of service. Orders additional testing needed prior to surgery when necessary. Conducts pre-admission assessments. Obtain clearances and testing for procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing; current state RN License.
• CPR required.
• BLS required.
• Minimum one year in pre-operative, intra-operative or post-operative surgical patient care.
