Job summary

Duly Health Lombard is seeking an Experienced PAT RN for a PRN, high-volume ambulatory surgery center. This role covers Monday–Friday, 7am–5pm with flexible scheduling, and involves pre-admission testing duties for anesthesia risk assessment.

Responsibilities include contacting patients to obtain health histories, ordering necessary tests, and arranging clearances. Requires RN license, CPR and BLS, and at least one year in pre-, intra-, or post-operative surgical care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing; current state RN License.
• CPR certification is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Minimum one year in pre-operative, intra-operative or post-operative surgical patient care.

Responsibilities

• Contact incoming patients to obtain and review health history.
• Analyze and assess clinical data related to the patient’s anesthesia risk.
• Order additional testing needed prior to surgery when necessary.
• Conduct pre-admission assessments.
• Obtain clearances and testing for procedures.
