Duly Health - Lombard in Lombard, IL is seeking an EXPERIENCED Pre-Admissions Testing Registered Nurse for a PRN role. The position runs Monday through Friday, 7am–5pm with some flexibility. The role focuses on pre-admission assessments and anesthesia risk review for ASC procedures.

Responsibilities include contacting patients, obtaining health histories, determining testing needs, and obtaining clearances. RN license, CPR, and BLS are required with at least one year in perioperative care.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• CPR and BLS certifications required.
• Minimum one year in pre-operative, intra-operative or post-operative surgical patient care.

Responsibilities

• Contact incoming patients to obtain and review health history.
• Analyze anesthesia risk and site of service appropriateness.
• Order additional testing when necessary and conduct pre-admission assessments.
• Obtain clearances and testing for procedures.
