Job summary

You will collaborate with the care team and document in EMR to ensure safe, high-quality care. The role requires an active RN license, ADN with BSN preferred, and experience in critical care.

Qualifications

• RN license required and active.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Experience in critical care and EMR systems (Cerner/EPIC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses, adjusting plans as needed.
• Provide education to patients and families about health conditions and self-care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Document care activities in the EMR accurately and timely.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Maintain infection control and safety compliance.
