Qualifications

• Must have 12 college-level credit hours including English Composition with a grade of C or higher and a GPA 2.0+ or has three+ years Baptist Health work history (current employees) or four years elsewhere.

Responsibilities

• Assist with compiling pre-admission medication lists for inpatients and observation patients by consulting patients, family, caregivers, pharmacies, long-term care facilities, and physician offices.
• Document findings in the electronic health record and coordinate with pharmacists to ensure accuracy.
