Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• One year of general clerical experience that includes data entry and customer service.
• A record of satisfactory performance with references addressing teamwork, ethics, reliability and communication.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and greets patients and documents inquiries and messages.
• Reviews referrals and determines PRC eligibility per policy.
• Distributes referrals to outside providers and tracks appointment dates.
• Inputs data into PRC management software and maintains records.
• Educates patients about the PRC process and required documents.
• Interviews patients to assess eligibility for alternate resources.
• Manages daily administrative tasks and ensures timely processing of purchases.
• Maintains PPE and follows safety protocols; participates in ongoing training.
