Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and assists patients and visitors, and handles inquiries by phone or in person.
• Reviews referrals and determines PRC eligibility based on program requirements.
• Maintains patient registration data, income information, and third-party payer information in the system.
• Provides information about PRC scheduling, eligibility rules, and required documentation.
• Assists with data entry of referrals and communications with providers and patients.
• Ensures compliance with PPE and safety protocols as required.
