• Offer ongoing coaching and feedback to encourage excellence and alignment with ministry values.

Prayer has been the foundation of TBN Networks since our founding in 1973 with one TV station in California. Since then, this worldwide ministry has made prayer the center of all we do in sending the Gospel of Jesus Christ around the world by every means possible.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned leader to manage and oversee our onsite prayer staff. This role is responsible for guiding the daily flow of the department, caring for team members, and helping cultivate a healthy, faith-filled environment. The Prayer Supervisor partners closely with the Director while taking an active role in leading staff, supporting their growth, and ensuring the needs of the ministry are faithfully carried out.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily leadership and direction to the prayer staff, ensuring appropriate coverage and a smooth flow of operations
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering both spiritual and professional growth
• Participate in and provide recommendations on hiring and selection of staff that are relied upon in decision‑making, prayerfully discerning candidates and helping build a strong team
• Lead new hire training, ensuring each team member is well prepared for live calls and are praying from a stance of victory
• Provide recommendations on key personnel decisions that are relied upon in decision‑making, including development, advancement, and when necessary, corrective action
• Oversee scheduling and time‑off requests, helping ensure the team is well‑supported and ministry needs are met
• Offer ongoing coaching and feedback, encouraging excellence and alignment with ministry values and guidelines
• Help identify and raise up emerging leaders, investing in the future growth of the department

Qualifications:

• Prior experience leading or overseeing a team
• Demonstrated ability to guide others with wisdom, accountability, and care
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to exercise sound judgment in supporting team and ministry needs

Additional Requirements:

• Availability for late evenings, weekends, and some holidays as ministry needs arise
• Onsite role based in the Fort Worth, TX area (remote positions are not available)
