Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking a part-time prAna Burlingame Sales Associate in Burlingame, CA. You will support store leadership, provide excellent customer service, help guests find merchandise, and drive store sales while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Your role involves handling exchanges, returns, and in-store purchases, learning the prAna product line, and contributing to stockroom organization and visual merchandising. Flexibility with schedules is required.

Qualifications

• Retail sales or customer service experience in specialty retail or outdoor apparel is a plus.
• Passion for outdoor activities reflective of a California lifestyle (hiking, climbing, yoga).
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly service in person, over the phone, or online following service standards.
