Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking a Seasonal Retail Associate in Richmond, CA. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and drive sales on a dynamic sales floor.

Responsibilities include restocking merchandise, operating the POS, and assisting with inventory and store policies. Flexible schedules, wellness time off, and employee discounts are offered. Minimum age 18; retail experience preferred.
