Job summary

Grand Canyon University seeks an Affiliation Agreement Coordinator to manage preparation and execution of affiliation agreements for field experience practicum sites supporting education and school counseling students. This role coordinates with the Field Experience Team, legal, and affiliates to ensure timely completion.

Responsibilities include collecting documents, maintaining records, renewing active agreements, and building positive relationships with affiliates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Six months of related work experience in a high-volume call center or higher education setting.
• Ability to handle highly sensitive or confidential student information.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contacts practicum sites to initiate affiliation agreements and discuss requirements.
• Collects documents and information for legal signature with a high degree of accuracy.
• Maintains daily communication with the Field Experience Team, legal, insurance broker, College and affiliates to track status.
• Advances affiliation agreements through the process to ensure timely completion and keeps stakeholders informed.
• Addresses affiliate concerns and escalates issues to maintain engagement and progress.
• Maintains a database showing status of all in-process and executed documents and files executed agreements for easy retrieval.
• Coordinates renewals of active agreements and maintains positive affiliate relationships.
• Creates a positive front-end experience to keep affiliates supportive of serving as practicum sites.
