A leading law firm is seeking a Practice Support Team Specialist (Corporate Legal Assistant) for their Chattanooga office. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a high school diploma, and 3-5 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to attorneys, managing workflow and deadlines effectively while participating in a collaborative team environment. A hybrid work model is available, requiring three days onsite.

The Practice Support Team Specialist (Corporate Legal Assistant) is responsible for providing point of contact administrative support to assigned attorneys within a specific Practice Specialty Center. Successfully managing multiple projects and priorities including delegating specific duties to other teams. Works in a Practice Support Team of Specialists, sharing overflow responsibility and support to all timekeepers assigned to the team. Communicates effectively, courteously, and professionally with clients, visitors, staff, and timekeepers. Demonstrates executive level attention to detail, good grammar, spelling, and proofreading, as well as strong technical and organizational skills. Essential functions include:
