Valley Health System in Ridgewood, NJ seeks an experienced supervisor to oversee daily operations within its physician practice group. You will supervise staff, coordinate coverage, and ensure high-quality patient care under the guidance of the Director of Physician Services.
The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organization, with a focus on cost-effective, coordinated medical services. Some travel to other VMG locations may be required to support operations.
To oversee the daily operations and supervision of staff within the applicable Practice (s) under the general guidance of the Dir, Physician Services.
Associate's degree in business administration, Nursing, or healthcare related field. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Prior experience in lieu of degree may be acceptable at the discretion of senior management. Minimum of 2 years supervisory/management experience in a physician's practice preferred. Previous experience in a physician's management practice setting and demonstrated working knowledge of the operations of medical practice required
