Valley Health System is seeking a capable supervisor to oversee daily operations within the Ridgewood practice(s). You will supervise staff under the general guidance of the Director of Physician Services, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective medical care and a supportive team environment.
The role requires an associate's degree in business, nursing, or a healthcare field, with a bachelor’s degree preferred; 2+ years supervisory experience in a physician practice is ideal.
To oversee the daily operations and supervision of staff within the applicable Practice (s) under the general guidance of the Dir, Physician Services.
Position may require rotation to other VMG locations as needed.

Pay Range: $33.99 - $42.49 (per hour)
