Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Practice Supervisor- Family Medicine in Georgetown, KY. The role partners with the Practice Manager to run day-to-day operations at a BHMG site, coordinating with physicians and staff to uphold medical office standards and safety procedures.

The ideal candidate will supervise clerical and clinical staff and coordinate staffing, scheduling and compliance across the clinic, ensuring smooth operations within the community and with management.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Two years of relevant experience with degree or five years of relevant experience in lieu of degree required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a BHMG site.
• Interact daily with practice physician(s) and other physicians within BHMG and the community.
• Supervise clerical and clinical staff to maintain quality medical office standards.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, clinic compliance, inventory and institutional processes.
• Maintain routine safety procedures in the clinic.

Position will require daily interaction with the practice physician(s) and other physicians within BHMG and the community. Supervises clerical and clinical staff to ensure quality medical office standards. This position is also responsible for close coordination with management staff as well as staffing, scheduling, clinic compliance, inventory, institutional processes, and maintaining routine safety procedures.
