Baptist Health Georgetown Clinic seeks a Practice Supervisor- Family Medicine to oversee daily operations of a BHMG site in Georgetown, KY. Working with the Practice Manager, you will coordinate with physicians and supervise clerical and clinical staff to ensure high quality medical office standards.

You will manage staffing and scheduling, clinic compliance, inventory, and safety procedures, driving efficient workflows and excellent patient service.

Qualifikationen

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
• Two years of relevant experience with degree or five years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.

Job Summary:

In conjunction with the Practice Manager, the Practice Supervisor I is responsible for day-to-day operations of a BHMG site. Position will require daily interaction with the practice physician(s) and other physicians within BHMG and the community. Supervises clerical and clinical staff to ensure quality medical office standards. This position is also responsible for close coordination with management staff as well as staffing, scheduling, clinic compliance, inventory, institutional processes, and maintaining routine safety procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience
• Two years of relevant experience with degree or five years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
