Job summary

Intermountain Health in Utah Valley is seeking a caregiving services supervisor to develop and maintain a comprehensive scheduling system, monitor budgets, and coach caregivers for professional growth. You will lead orientation for new hires, design ongoing training programs, and participate in recruitment while upholding Intermountain Fundamentals of Care and a patient-centered approach.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate degree in a related field
  • Previous leadership experience preferably in an ambulatory outpatient clinic environment.
  • Experience developing relationships with physicians.
  • Proven dynamic leader that can gain trust and respect of physicians, staff, and peers.
Physical Requirements

Ongoing need for employees to see and read information, documents, monitors, identify equipment and supplies, able to assess customer needs.

Frequent interactions with providers, colleagues, customers, patients, and visitors that require employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoke information, needs and issues quickly and accurately.

Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate equipment with precision and accuracy. This includes frequent computer use for typing, accessing needed information, etc.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

$25.39 - $40.00
