Riverside Medical Clinic is seeking a Practice Supervisor to provide tactical leadership and maximize service delivery across multiple clinics in Riverside. You will engage staff, coordinate daily operations, and help meet clinical and financial goals while ensuring patient-centric care.
Under the Practice Administrator, you will train new staff, monitor performance, and drive improvements in operations, safety, and regulatory compliance, contributing to a high-quality healthcare environment.

Summary: Under the supervision of the Practice Administrator, the Practice Supervisor provides tactical leadership to maximize the effectiveness of all service delivery systems and financial performance, engages staff and cultivates a clinic culture that prioritizes patient-centric care. Coordinates the day-to-day operational aspects of the multiple clinics. Works closely with staff and providers in each unit to ensure that all fiduciary and clinic goals are met.
Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in related field. Minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience. Working knowledge of ambulatory care operations.
