BMO Harris Bank is seeking a results-driven professional for the Commercial Sales & Service function in San Diego. The role focuses on business development within the Practice Solutions Industry vertical, supporting pre-sales activities, and expanding client relationships to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

Responsibilities include coordinating product implementation, advising on market conditions, and collaborating with Premier & Wealth teams to maximize referrals.

Qualifications

• Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Credit Qualifications and associated credit knowledge and skills according to the established qualification standards.
• Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports pre-sales activities such as presentations, bids/proposals, and requests for information.
• Retains and expands existing relationships to achieve portfolio retention, sales, service, and profitability objectives.
• Coordinates cash management, Credit Card, and other product implementation and financial transaction set-up.
• Works closely with other areas of the banking including Premier and Wealth to make referrals for other services the Bank offers that an assist the client.
• Tracks implementation requests to keep the process on track with timelines.
