Typical Procedures / Cases

Epidural Steroid Injections (Cervical, Lumbar, and Thoracic), FACET Joint Injections, Medial Branch Blocks, Radio Frequency Ablations, Joint Injections, Stellate Ganglion Blocks, Lumbar Sympathetic Blocks

Provider Hours

Monday- Thursday: 7:30 am‑5 pm

Friday: 7:30 am – 12 pm

No On Call

Duties

• New/Existing Patient exams and consultations
• Diagnosis and Treatment Plan formulation
• Chart Reviews
• Documentation – timely and accurate
• Collaboration/Referral with colleagues, supportive staff, and patients
