Responsibilities

• Manage and balance provider templates for optimized utilization and productivity.
• Evaluate and manage quality metrics to drive clinical quality and safety.
• Represent the service line during recruitment and monitor triggers.
• Focus on customer experience via oversight of performance and action plans.
• Lead team member development conversations and ensure mandatory training.
• Ensure workflow optimization and staff/provider accountability.
• Conduct disciplinary actions and routine rounding with providers and staff.
• Review provider renewals and conduct renewal discussions.
• Drive financial growth and manage budget across practices.
• Understand capital needs and assist in annual capital planning.
• Collaborate with facilities and purchasing on capital requests.
• Support space planning for growth, fellowships, residencies, and learners.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
