About the Role

We're seeking a Practice Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and serve as a direct partner to our CEO. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives on keeping a busy practice running like clockwork — from making sure patient calls are answered promptly, to solving problems before they become bottlenecks, to supporting executive priorities as they come up.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee front desk operations, ensuring calls are answered promptly and patients are greeted and scheduled efficiently
• Monitor daily practice workflows and proactively identify and resolve operational issues

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in office, practice, or operations management (healthcare or medical practice setting strongly )
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a front-facing team
• Excellent organizational skills and comfort juggling multiple priorities at once
• Strong communication skills — written and verbal — and sound judgment
• A proactive, "no task too small" mindset with the flexibility to take on varied responsibilities
• Experience with practice management or scheduling software is a plus
• Familiarity with behavioral health or psychiatric practice operations is a plus, but not required
