Job summary

Cone Health in Georgia is seeking a Practice Administrator I to oversee 1–4 practices with 8–25 providers in the same region. You will ensure site leadership is in place and that the practice executes key performance metrics and delivers quality patient care.

You will optimize staffing, manage provider contracts with knowledge of RBRVS, oversee revenue cycle, maintain compliance, and drive financial targets.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate's Degree or higher with healthcare operations leadership experience.
• Preferred: BS in Nursing or Healthcare Administration.
• 3 years in medical practice with 2 years in supervision; or 6 years healthcare operations with 4 in leadership/management.
• Completion of MGMA Principles Practice Management Certificate or Practice Management Institute CMOM certification within 90 days of hire; CMPE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures maximum access and volumes by optimizing provider templates and reducing barriers to productivity.
• Maintains benchmark staffing levels, fosters team engagement, and collaborates with the Director to recruit providers and resolve issues.
• Manages provider contracts and understands RBRVS and its impact on reimbursement and compensation.
• Ensures compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Measures and improves TNM outcomes and finance metrics with site leaders; drives revenue cycle performance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
