Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Practice Coordinator to lead a busy primary care team in Houston. You will champion best practices, ensure smooth daily operations, manage scheduling, inventory, and facilities, and coach the team to deliver outstanding patient experiences.

You will collaborate with Clinical Leadership and the Operations Manager to improve performance, maintain workflow efficiency, and uphold patient-centered care using C-I-CARE principles in all interactions.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or lead role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational readiness of the practice through regular team check-ins, staffing reviews, and monthly scheduling.
• Provide team coaching, mentoring, and recognition to drive performance.
• Drive performance via daily management, huddles, and monitoring metrics.
• Manage inventory, supplies, expiration tracking, and counts.
• Support the financial health of the practice through budget review and revenue cycle tasks.
• Monitor NPS responses and assist with service recovery as needed.
• Support quality health outcomes, patient safety, and regulatory compliance with Clinical Leadership.
• Apply C-I-CARE in all patient interactions to ensure a positive in-office experience.
• Handle front-of-house duties: check-in/out, insurance verification, and daily facility upkeep.
