MaineGeneral Medical Center's Maine Dartmouth Family Practice is seeking a Practice Supervisor to lead daily administrative operations, staffing, and service delivery, ensuring a positive patient and staff experience.

You will supervise administrative staff, support staff development, uphold MaineGeneral Health policies, and drive continuous improvement in workflows and patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare/medical office or administrative setting.
• Supervisory or leadership experience providing direction to staff.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct staffing and scheduling to support efficient operations.
• Provide training, coaching and mentoring to administrative staff.
• Assist with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions per policies.
• Improve workflows, patient experience and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with providers and departments for coordinated operations.
• Handle complex issues and escalate when needed.
• Maintain operations and continuity of service.
