Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an ARC-PA accredited PA program / APRN program preferred.
• Current Texas licensure as RN/NP/PA required.
• Minimum 5 years as an Advanced Practice Provider and 2 years in leadership/supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a multidisciplinary clinical practice.
• Direct patient care under physician supervision.
• Lead personnel management and budgeting for the practice.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, managers and division leaders to ensure efficient operations.
• Ensure high-quality patient care and compliant operations.
