Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Practice Coordinator to lead our on-site team and ensure a premier patient experience. You will oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, inventory, and facilities to deliver efficient, high-quality care.

You will coach teammates, manage workflows, and support measurable performance while aligning with CI-CARE standards to create a welcoming, patient-centered environment. This role emphasizes collaboration with clinical leadership and operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in supervisory or lead role in high-touch customer service or patient-facing healthcare.
• Ability to foster collaborative team dynamics and engagement.
• Experience with multidisciplinary teams and feedback-driven environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Complete One Medical clinical training and state education/certifications within first six months (One Medical sponsored).

Responsibilities

• Ensure practice readiness through regular team check-ins and staffing reviews.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members and recognize performance.
• Drive performance through active daily management and clear metrics.
• Handle inventory, supplies ordering, tracking expirations, and counts.
• Support financial health by reviewing budget and handling copays/revenue cycle.
• Monitor patient experience metrics and escalate to Operations Manager as needed.
• Support quality health outcomes and regulatory compliance with clinical leadership.
• Maintain impeccable patient interactions using CI-CARE and ensure smooth scheduling and billing processes.
• Perform front-of-house duties including check-in/out, insurance verification, and daily office upkeep.
