Job summary

United Health Services (UHS) in New York's Southern Tier seeks an office operations supervisor to oversee daily scheduling, meetings, and policy compliance, while supporting provider, patient, and staffing needs.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Three (3) years relevant medical office experience and one (1) year in a supervisory role OR Associate or Bachelors Degree

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility for all operations of the office including maintaining provider, patient and staffing schedules
• Coordinating and facilitating meetings
• Ensuring staff is compliant with all regulatory and company policies and procedures
• Monitors and evaluates monthly department expense reports, as well as financial, volume, RVU, patient satisfaction, EOC, quality assurance, and patient care monthly reports
• Maintains CLIA Waived Lab standards where appropriate
