United Health Services (UHS) is seeking a leader to oversee operations of the Greene office, coordinating provider, patient and staffing schedules while ensuring policy compliance. The role monitors monthly expense, quality and patient-care reports, and maintains CLIA Waived Lab standards where applicable.
Day shift; 40 hours weekly; compensation range $25.27–$37.90 per hour depending on experience. Located in New York’s Southern Tier, UHS offers extensive benefits and growth opportunities.
Assumes responsibility for all operations of the office including maintaining provider, patient and staffing schedules; coordinating and facilitating meetings; and ensuring staff is compliant with all regulatory and company policies and procedures. Monitors and evaluates monthly department expense reports, as well as financial, volume, RVU, patient satisfaction, EOC, quality assurance, and patient care monthly reports. Maintains CLIA Waived Lab standards where appropriate.
