Job summary

United Health Services (UHS) is seeking a leader to oversee operations of the Greene office, coordinating provider, patient and staffing schedules while ensuring policy compliance. The role monitors monthly expense, quality and patient-care reports, and maintains CLIA Waived Lab standards where applicable.

Day shift; 40 hours weekly; compensation range $25.27–$37.90 per hour depending on experience. Located in New York’s Southern Tier, UHS offers extensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Three years of medical office experience with one year in supervision.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree also acceptable.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations including provider, patient, and staffing schedules.
• Coordinate meetings and ensure policy compliance.
• Monitor monthly department expense reports and quality metrics.
• Maintain CLIA Waived Lab standards where appropriate.
