Responsibilities

• Chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, asthma, COPD).
• Cervical cytology.
• Childhood and adult immunisations.
• Wound care and dressings.
• Contraceptive advice.
• NHS Health Checks and screening.
• Health promotion and lifestyle advice.
• Infection prevention and control.
• Supporting the practice in meeting QOF, IIF, and other quality targets.
• Depending on experience, support training and development for nurses and health care assistants within the Practice.
